KTXT-TV will be an effective non-commercial broadcasting influence within the community, the state, region and nation.  The station aspires to excellence in broadcasting.

Outreach
KTXT-TV offers a broad variety of support programs designed to assist in university, community, and school activities across the South Plains. RTL is a place where reading is important and learning should be especially fun.
