Outreach Services KTXT-TV offers a broad variety of support programs designed to assist in university, community, and school activities across the South Plains. Our Ready to Learn (RTL) outreach initiative in cooperation with various community organizational partners is designed to assist parents, caregivers and teachers of young children. The Reading Rainbow's Young Writers & Illustrators Contest is an annual event in which we partner with the local partners to encourage children to write and illustrate their own books.
