ZOOM is a TV show, by kids, for kids. There is a new kind of web site, refreshed each week with stuff sent in by kids. Kids are encouraged to send stories, jokes, predictions, recipes, movie reviews, opinions, games and challenges. ZOOM is receiving some 1,000 e-mails and 500 letters each day. These include feedback on ZOOM, plus stories, puzzles, games and other activities for the series and Web site. That's 10,000 communications each week! The '70s ZOOM reached the 10,000 mark during it heyday. The new ZOOM reached that mark in it's first month of broadcasting. Check out the activities and episode information for this continuing series on the above web site. 10,000 Kids a day are spending an average of 25 minutes on ZOOM's site--a remarkable amount of time for the "Click and move on" culture of the Web.
