Phase Two will address the equipping of the Master Control room with appropriate equipment to interface with the transmitter for full power, digital broadcasting. This equipment will include switchers, an audio mixer, encoder/processors, a multiplexer, a generator, monitoring equipment, logo inserters, a DVD duplication system, control room renovation, a compatible automation system and other necessary equipment for an adequate digital signal to be sent to the communities of the South Plains.
