Phase One of the digital transition has involved the following:

1. Building an expanded transmitter building. The old building was too small for a digital transmitter required to broadcast at the assigned frequency.

2. Ordering, shipping and installing of a Harris Transmitter (Sigma Cll DTV liquid cooled).

3. Ordering, shipping and installing a Dielectric Antenna. This also included required soil and tower analysis.
