Our Ready to Learn (RTL) outreach initiative in cooperation with various community organizational partners is designed to assist parents, caregivers and teachers of young children. RTL is a place where reading is important and learning should be especially fun.

The Reading Rainbow's Young Writers & Illustrators Contest is an annual event in which we partner with the local partners to encourage children to write and illustrate their own books. Watch Reading Rainbow for news of the most recent contest.
